O2's Twitter account indirectly confirmed the availability of the HTC One X next month, April 5th, in United Kingdom.
Similarly, online retailers, including Clove UK, says that they will start selling the new HTC’s new smartphone on April 5th. Other online retailers still show “coming soon” while some are now accepting pre-orders.
The quad-core HTC One X is the “high-end” phone of HTC that will compete against the unicorns, the iPhone 5 and the Galaxy S3, and HTC thinks that it will receive a massive rebound this year by also covering the mid-range customers with its One S and One V while the One X plays nice with the premium category.
The HTC One X comes with a 4.7-inch screen with S-LCD technology 720p resolution. The One X is pre-installed with Android Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0, equipped with an 8-megapixel camera, and inside, the One X hides the quad-core Tegra 3 of Nvidia, and 1GB RAM.
In United States, HTC and AT&T are expected to offer the One X, but with the faster Long-Term Evolution and Snapdragon S4 CPU.
